They call me thickythighs and donkeybooty at school....I just eat soul food(mac n cheese,collard greens, cornbread,fried chicken,potato salad,etc) and bowl of cereal on the late nite...My boyfriend also had a little to do with it(if you know what i mean)...Im from Atlanta and in the south we just built like this.....good luck!

You can do this without adding too much more to your diet. You need to do squats and lower body weight lifting. The trick is...low reps and heavier weight. If for instance you usually squat say 120lbs and do about 10 to 15 reps X 3. You would up that to 140 or more if you can handle it...(this is just an example and I don't mean to insult you if you can handle much more) and do 3 sets of 5 reps instead. This tears down the muscle even more and it is in the repairing of the muscle that you get gains. You can enhance what you are trying to do with Creatin also and eat a lot of protien an vegetables. Protein and Vegetables are muscle builders.

If you don't have'em, you won't...BUT you could do lots of squats and climb stairs to build up your butt...

Otherwise you have to get older, and you won't want all the booty and hips you've got!
