Sexually transmitted diseases can be transmitted anytime that a man is not wearing a condom, so if you give a guy a b job and he has herpes, you will put yourself at risk for the Herpes virsus. Also, HIV is passed through semen so you are putting yourself at risk for this also.

no youo should use dental damn because the condom thing usually taste nasty unless its flavored. And even then it isn't that good. You can still get a diease through the mouth expeasially if he commes in your mouth. The only way it is safe is fi you get him checked out by a docter for STD's and you are the only one he is having sexual relations with then it is safe. (if he gets checked out and is positive it isn't safe, it is still probably unsafe even with a condom or dental damn because it is possible they can break)

yes it is safe, only if he doesn't have an STD. if he does, then you are at risk of getting it because you are using your mouth, and most STDs are in the fluids of the person...
i have never known anyone to give a BJ with a condom...the rubber tastes nasty... :o(

it is never safe to do anything without a condom. however you will find that its more common to do it without. it really "tastes" better that way. in the end the choice is always yours though.

it is safe if he does not have an STD. So make sure you trust him first and if you're that worried, make him get checked for one just in case.

No, you can still contract an STD(like herpes) through oral. Practice safe sex and always use a condom.
