yes just freeze enough in baggies or containers for 1 each that way you wont have to much out at a time because this time it can't be refroze...you may have to rethicken it a little after defrosting add a little cornstarch to it when it is just thawed it will disolve in the cold mixture...just about 1 tbsp....arrowroot works also...made a little to much did we...it happens just think you next time all the work done....

Yes it can be frozen. Label the bag with the content name and the day you froze it. Remember most, if not all, frozen products on defrosting can then not be refrozen.
