I'm not sure what you mean by multiple movies.

The most likely is where there really are different movies on the disk. In which case there are two possibilities, 1) different movies on each side of the disk, or 2) accessible via the menu.

In the first case, the disk will not have a full label on either side, and the movie is selected by placing the disk in the player so the label for the movie of choice (written in small type around the centre of the disk only) faces up.

In the latter case the menu that comes up when you put the disk in the player will list available titles and allows you to use the remote to navigate to the title of choice and select it to start that movie.

One could also consider that some of the features available form the main menu are "movies" in their own right. Again this are selectable basically the same way ... although usually you get to them from a sub-menu accessed from the main menu under a title like "special features" or "extras".

A third possibility is that you are talking about video or sound options. However, note these are not separate movies but different audio tracks or video versions.

Audio choices are found on many (not all) DVDs under a menu called something like "setup" or "audio". For example there is often a Stereo and Dolby Surround (5.1) choice, or Dolby Stereo and DTS.

Video choices via a menu are uncommon (I've never seen one), but were common at one time as different versions (e.g. a 4:3 aspect version or a widescreen (1.78:1, 1.85:1, 2.05:1, 2.35:1, etc) on the two sides of the disk. These disks never have a full label on the disk since the player must be able to see the tracks on both sides of the face of the disk. You select the version you want by putting the disk in with the selected version name (around the cente of the disk) facing up.

One final point, given that a DVD can only hold so much information, manufacturers always make tradeoffs among content and video and sound quality. So any disk with multiple movies on it will require one or probably more compromises, such as no extras, limited or no sound choices and inferior video quality. Sometimes this is fine given the low cost of such disks or the low video and audio quality of the original, but don't expect great video and sound.

Hope that helps.
