A great and quick one...1 cup skim milk blended with frozen strawberries, blueberries, banana, mango--any or all--I freeze the fruit when I get it and have the makings of a great and portable breakfast that takes about 20 seconds to make! Another idea is instant breakfast, granola bars, or a good breakfast when you have the time is an egg beater omlet with chopped veggies and salsa inside, and some whole grain toast...

I toast whole wheat eggo waffles for my daughters, let them cool a minute, and then smear a small amount of peanut butter on each. Then I put them together like a sandwich. They love them (& so do I!) b/c it is quick, easy, and a power way to start the day! (I let them eat it in the car on busy mornings-not very messy.)

Egg and cheese omelet. The body needs protein for brain power and fuel to carry it through the day.
