Happiness is a hard thing to obtain and I wonder if one can ever really obtain it, because it is an intangible thing. The same bar of chocolate that makes you happy one day may make you feel nauseous the next day, because you either had one too many or it gave you pimples. Or the very relationship that once made you happy may become another tragedy in your life for a number of reasons.
On the other hand we are equipped to feel happiness, mostly in relation to other things though sometimes all of us feel it spontaneously when it just comes up like that. If you manage to make enough room for those spontaneities to happen, you may have a lot of happiness.
So be open, but not gullible; be loving, without entering the fool's paradise of that one and hardest of all be satisfied with whatever situation serves itself up on your dish of life, realizing that everything happens for a reason and getting those reasons clear in one or another moment generally results in much happiness.
And yea, don't worry, be happy!

1. A good education resulting in good qualifications. Without them in this modern world, young people are left behind. Education, education, education - three things but we can count it as one.
2. A good job with career prospects. You must be happy in your work or else you will go mad. A good job, gives you financial security which is equally important. When you have both of these two choices, go to number three which is the most important.
3. A good wife. She may not be the most beautiful woman in the world provided she becomes your best friend, your lover and the mother of your children. She can, of course, be a career woman but if her choice is a home maker, so be it. Life is not worth living without such a friend beside you...............

- Fullfilling who you are, becoming what's inside of you.
Following your dreams and talents. If you know what your needs are, you can full-fill them.
- Being able to love and have friendships, and to be loved by. Taking care for yourself and others. That means also being able sometimes to critisize and to take critisizm. Knowing where your borders are and respecting those of others.
- Value the little things in life.

1. Family/Friends - having lots of loving people around you
2. Having good health
3. Being stable financially (I'm not saying filthy rich, just stable, so you're not wondering how you're going to pay all your bills/buy food every month - because if you're worried about that, it makes it harder to enjoy 1 & 2)
