Anything tasty! I usually prefer mashed potatoes,onions. tomatoes ,white sauce and chillis.Mmmmm....

I make my nacho cheese with hot salsa, crushed red peppers and hot sausage. Yum!

salsa. Fresh is good and put what you like in it. Chopped tomatoes, usually the base:
cilantro, olives, green onions, spanish onions, green-red-yellow bell peppers, tomatillos, ortega chilis, hot chilis, V-8 juice, lemon and lime juice. chopped cooked meats. You can use an oil-vinegar type dressing if you like also (bought is ok like Italian). Chopped lettuce, or cabbage, the list goes on and on,
