He would obviously know our behaviors and traits. We are just animals with higher brain function. WHY WOULD HE FORCE US TO BELIEVE BY FAITH ALONE?

"WHY WOULD HE FORCE US TO BELIEVE BY FAITH ALONE?"

He doesn't FORCE you. If you want to go to Las Vegas, you have to go through Nevada. If you want dinner, you have to go to the dining room table. If you want salvation, you need faith in Christ. It's a basic concept. Really.

God forces us to do nothing. He give us a set of rules and a promise if we follow those rules. Faith is the strongest thing a person can have in any scenario. To have faith in God even though the whole world seems to be falling down around you and you are at your lowest point shows a love and kinship greater than anything else you can imagine. Faith is all about love and trust. To have faith in someone (God or person) is to express your ultimate love and trust in that individual. It says that no matter what may come you know in your heart that things will be OK. That you have given yourself over to them (Him) without thought of future gains but out of true love. Can i get an AMEN! Hallelujah!

How else does one believe but by faith? Is there a better way? Do you find that people believe scientific evidence. Some people can deny the truth even when it slapps them in the faith. These stalkers still think the object of their stalking still loves them even when a restraining order is taken out.

Our belief requires an internal assent, nothing outside ourselves can make us believe. We have to do it, chose it, accept it, embrace it. It can not be done to you, you have to accept responsibility for your beliefs.

You are asking God to make faith easier. You know the answer to that request; if you had faith the size of a mustard seed...

Actually we are not just animals. We are not completely governed by instinct. The faith alone is a test. If you can believe something unconditionally without any proof, then we've mastered our own minds.

God has not forced anyone to believe in Him. We make that choice on our own. Where do you people keep getting this "being forced" thing? No one is forcing anyone to do anything. It is a free choice to choose serve God and accept His son or not. The choice is yours and yours alone. If you dont want to choose to serve God, then dont. and shut up about it. If you do choose to serve God, then praise the Lord for that. You are driving yourself crazy.

He doesn't.

We have freedom to have faith AND works.

Faith without works is dead (James 2:26).

Perhaps, and just perhaps, it would be like us trying to make a bacteria aware of us. Maybe it is impossible.

Please don't attribute any traits to me from my assertion. It is mere conjecture.

I guess it's some sort of test. Sounds bogus to me. If I had solid proof, I'd worship him.
