I would definitely take him back to the vet. It may be any number of things from conjunctivitis to allergies (be sure to use a dust-free litter) to what my cat has -- weeping tear ducts. Thank goodness his face is black and just his belly & feet are white because his eyes are constantly weeping. One vet even ran a tear route test, dyeing the tears to see where the improper drainage problem was. He said that they seemed to drain properly, just had an over-production of tears. So, I do wipe them ocassionally, but he cleans his own face a LOT! It hasn't really been a problem, but I did take him to the vet for it and asked for a recheck at every check-up.
I hope it's something easy that can be cured quickly.

He may have gotten an eye infection from the cold. Take him back to the vet, he may need antibiotics. When your cleaning your kitty's eyes out make sure that you use warm water it breaks up the gunk better. Good Luck.

My kitten had the same problem. Mix a solution of 1 tsp boric acid to 1 pint of water (two cups). Dip a cotton ball in and wipe his eyes twice a day with it. I use this solution to soak my contacts so and it is marvelous. It will clear up his problem in a couple days! Good luck!

My whole litter of kittens had this also, you have to use a warm rag and do it often, DO NOT use the same rag unless thoroughly cleaned. It should clear up either within a week or when the cats cold is gone.

Its probably what you call conjuctivitis, or the more common known name of "pink eye". Your kitten needs to see a vet so she can start treatment.
This could also be a case of environmental allergies. Do you smoke in the house?

Your kitten might have chlamydia in his eyes, this is very common for kittens but he will need an antibiotic to clear it up. Take him back to the vet.
