You would have to ask your vet that question they can usually tell by the teeth and all.

A good vet would definately be able to tell you. They can tell by the teeth (wear and all that).
My grandmother took in a stray cat which was fully grown. He was imaginately known as Big Puss. Gran thought he must be at least two years old and he lived for another twenty two. If it hadn't been killed by a combine harvester who knows how long he might have lived.
As a child I thought the world of him and cried for days when I found out about his demise.
