Why would proof of God take away our purpose for being? wouldn't it just open up a whole new set of questions? Oh, and the question is written in such a way as to imply that discovering 'proof' of God is inevitable - this is simply not the case. There is not, nor has there ever been, a single shed of hard indisputable evidence for the existence of any God.

This question is academic, because we cannot finally find proof that imaginary things exist. There is much evidence against gods, devils, ghosts, ET's, Bigfoot, Loch Ness Monsters, dragons, etc., so any evidence for them would need to be strong to outweigh all this. Who needs a purpose for being? Teleology and metaphysics are dubious branches of philosophy. Guatama the Buddha and Jean-Paul Sartre could answer this question even better than I can.

What other proof of God (supernatural being, creator, the origin, the end) do you need? Even you yourself are a good proof of the existence of a being who created you. Has anybody designed and created human beings, plants, animals, etc even with all the scientific and technological advancements? All that people have done are based on what God has already created.

those hikers are pretend prophets. the bible already wrote and warn about such that there will be such those who would say that they have considered god. Matt. 24:23-28 says, on the instantaneous if all of us says to you, 'look, right it truly is the Christ!' or , ' There he's!' do no longer have self belief it. For pretend Christs and pretend prophets will look and carry out tremendous signs and indicators and miracles to deceive even the pick - if that were conceivable. See, I easily have instructed you previous to time. "So if all of us tells you, 'There he's, out contained in the barren area,' do no longer bypass out; or, 'right here he's, contained in the interior rooms,' do no longer have self belief it. FOR AS LIGHTNING THAT COMES FROM THE EAST IS seen EVEN contained in the WEST, SO might want to be the arrival OF THE SON OF guy. the position there's a CARCASS, THERE THE VULTURES WILL collect. so please, do not be deceived.

I find lots of proof. The universe for instance. You breathing is a sign there is a God. Did you ever think you'd be the best sign there is a God?

There would still be atheist. They are people who know there is a God and CHOOSE not to believe in him. But that is not the question. I think if God intended for us to prove his existance it would have been done already. The entire purpose of heaven and hell is that we chose to believe on the principal of Faith not fact. If it were a proven fact we would loose all Faith in God. It would no longer be faith it would be a given no choice at all. I choose to believe...I hope I answered your Question???

God shows Himself to me everyday. Your post is not true. I have a purpose in life, and that is to serve God every day and share His word with others so seek Him. I don't need to see with my eyes of God, what i can see with my heart. Praise the Lord.
