Since she knows what's going on and she's your best friend, it should be ok to let her know how you feel. Let her know that you are not against it but just need time getting used to being apart from him. I'm sure she will understand and back down.

When a friend does that the only thing i can suggest is to tell her if she don't knock it off your fist is gonna be down her throat. It's so sad that women are always competing for a mans attention. I prefer to stay away from females. I haven't met one of them yet that hasn't backstabbed me to get to a man. Women, come on we really need to start treating each other a little better.
Now, if after you tell her about the fist in the throat thing, if she still proceeds with the flirting, you make sure to follow through with it Kick her BUTT. Once you've kicked some chicks butt, chances are no one else will ever backstab you like that again

Call her and wish her the best of luck with the guy that dumped you. Maybe the same thing will happen to her. Threr are to many fish in the pond to worry about that one . Hold your head up high and wish her good luck and find someone that will respect and love you.

Pick up the phone and see what she has to say, next time she flirts with him ask her why she would behave in such a way and to put herself in your shoes. Karma has a way of working things out, believe me it will come back to bite her in the booty.
