You should check with Motorex, an importer of Nissan Skylines. There are only a few companies that can legalize your car. However, if the car is intended to be raced, then just buy a skyline from Japan, R32 and R33 skylines are fairly cheap,especially non GT-R models, GT-s is a good model. You can import the car into the US as a show car or race car.

They got the wrong year in the top tab. But this is the model you're looking for....just not the exact year. The GTR R33.
There was a GTS R33 in Orlando back in June when I was there but the dealership was asking too much.
