at work ill be just sitting there and this one girl will sit on my lap and bounce around!!!!!its happened other places to!!!!!!they all have had bfs, one said, "im making you hard", i said, "well yea, your bouncing on it"!!!!!!!

Sounds like if you threaten sexual harrassment, it will stop. And if you really don't like it and you want it to stop, file a report on the women.. If you want to know why they are doing it, and like it, ASK them! Maybe it's in inside joke to them for some reason.

wow that so sounds like school talk, it is called sexual harrassment. and anyone who is actually in a workplace in the USA knows about sexual harassment.
