I got infected with chickenpox and for some reason, I scratched like 5 or 10 on my face but there's like more than 10 holes in my face. I feel really embarrased at school talking to teachers and students and it's effecting my charisma skills.
Is there any way that I can get rid of this even if does take money?

The prices for these types of procedures can range from a hundred dollars to several thousand if you opt for the surgical resurfacing. if you can make a paste of wood piece it will be better instead of powder. you may have to continue it for nearly 2 months 2 year (depends on individual to individual) just apply it in the evening and wash it off after 1 hrs.

try bio oil, you can buy it from a chemist, it is quite expensive but is supposed to be really good. check with the chemist first though before you buy any

you can use vitamin e oil on any scars to make them less visible.

no i don't think so.. but they will fade over time..mine did. just don't worry about them.. it could be worse
