Both the fundamentalists and the liberals are true christians. Fundies show a darker side of the religion though, but its still the same religion. ive heard of liberal christians doing some of the things a fundie does like kill someone in cold blood. If someone calls themselves a christian and acts like a jerk, theyre still a christian. No i dont forgive bad behavior not when the apology is not sincere.

I have never met a truly cruel christian. We are all human and we all make mistakes. People expect christians to be perfect when that just isn't how it is. TRUE christians are not backstabbing and cruel. And if they do something that would be considered backstabbing and cruel, they will realize it and repent and try to make amends for their actions.

A Christian is someone who walks in the footsteps of Christ.
To embrace something Christ said "don't ever do" nullifies the "Christian" title.
Kind of like an atheist saying "I believe in God" nullifies the "atheist" title.
Just because a person says they are something does not make it true, unless their actions reflect their words, and their words reflect their heart.
In this case, gossipmongering and not having mercy, if it is indeed true, negate the "Christian" title.
And to the one who said that we kill in cold blood... no. Wolves in sheep's clothing kill in cold blood. Sheep do not, since the Shepherd did not either.

Don't worry about what others do,,note,,you need to make sure your heart is right with the Lord...He is going to come back and when he does he is not worried that you didnt serve him because you couldnt look past others ways..He loves you and desires to have a relationship with you (friendship)...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling...

I was not aware that it was most. It is not true of the majority that I have known and know and I hope it is not true of me.

They have accepted a religious belief that that know is illogical. They are constantly trying to convince THEMSELVES, but cutting down others.
