Depends on which state you are in. B might be able to sue minor's parents for damages. However, in some states you're out of luck for not verifying the minor's age before lending the funds. However, if the minor showed you fake I.D., most states will allow you to go after the parents.

B can sue, ( a person can always file a suit in court), but you want B to get the amount. Depends on which state, but the majority of states hold that a minor cannot enter into a contract even through fraudulent representation. So B will not get the money back.

This is why you can't lie about your age or certain things when applying for government funds for school because it's considered fraud when minors apply for things and there's an age limit on it. The parents or guardians can be held accountable if a minor's misrepresented themselves on a financial aid application.

a major? you mean an adult?
Anyways, it doesnt matter...
minors cannot sign contracts thus they are not responsible for anything within the contract.
That is why there are such things as co signers.
Which you should have went through his or her parents to begin with, because if they don't know of it or they did not sign a contract for their son/daughter then they are not responsible for it either.
