I was raised eating pork but now do not eat traif. We now eat lamb occasionally and I will assume you are asking for a preference. I like the lamb better if the lamb is fresh and not overcooked. If it is even slightly 'off' which happens quickly with lamb then I do not like it at all (but I do love aged beef). Lamb is delicious with many jellies(mint--mmmm) and when smoked or cooked on the grill. Good lamb is difficult to find while pork is readily available everywhere. I will admit that I miss stuffed butterflied pork chops. LOL

There are so many different cuts of pork that can be used when cooking that you have lots of different dishes.
Lamb is a bit less varied in cuts and less possibilities also lamb is more expensive.
Its hard to beat a bacon sandwich

Pork every time...
As for pigs being stupid creatures, its a well known fact that they are as intelligent as a 5 year old child, they can also be trained to do stuff, you show a pig 3 or 4 times and they can do it, where as a gorilla took much much longer to do the same tasks,, hmmmm what does that say about us and pigs,, they are very clean creatures if they are given a choice in how they live,, you keep them in a pig sty,, yeah they will get bored and dirty..

I would normally say lamb but after watching ROVE on tv last night with a kiwi comedian I have decided against it.... since well we know what kiwi's like doing with sheep and a fair bit of lamb is exported from new zealand :) ewww
