i'm repainting my pad and i like the shade of warm read on the frames and cupboards and powder blue on the walls.. would this combination look ok?

If its a orange tone red then no it wouldnt. but a blue'purple tone red then yes it would

Yes. Just pick your accent colors wisely otherwise you'll not see tthe red and powder blue blend well.
Take the colors to the paint store and use the color charts to find shades of both to blend in.
Stay with light color woods, creamy off whites, bits of silver. All go well with red and powder blue.

You have to test it out for yourself to see if it works. Depending on the shade of red and blue you are using, it may or may not go well together- but it depends on you. to me, blue and red sounds like good combination.
