It depends on what they're talking about. If you have something in common with them, most reserved girls will connect and be able to start by talking about common interests, and that's good. A talkative girl is great, as long as she's not just talking to hear herself talk. If she's just babbling on about nothing in particular and not actually having a conversation with you... it's no good either.

I like reserved girls, but also those who can hold their own in conversation. If you talk too much I will find you annoying, unless you have interesting things to say. If you talk too little, you will bore me and I will not care what you have to bring to the world. Find the happy medium.

it depends from person to person.
A serious guy will like reserved /shy girl, whereas a flamboyant
guy will like chirpy, bubbly kinda girls. This is the way they share their views with each other
however this is not a rule, just general view.

I have not have been given any concept the thank you to respond to your question. India is an exceptionally diverse united states and has many racial and ethnic communities. so which you cant generalize. in easy terms the continent of Africa exceeds the linguistic, genetic and cultural variety of the rustic of India. I certainly have had some Indian friends. some are superb people. some are wankers. relies upon on who you meet.
