Bring over some male friends when you most expect her to be scantily clad. Do this several times, and maybe she'll start wearing some clothes. Then again, she might get off on it. Either way, treat her like your sister, and don't worry about it.
Or, you could always join her. Walk around in just your underwear or even naked and see what she does. If you can't beat them, join them!

Yikes, you're in trouble, i've heard of cousins attracting, so this might be the case with her OR she maybe being truthful about how she feels, let her know again & tell her if she wore shorts & a bra it wouldn't be too bad. She might be willing to put in effort if she doesn't want you to move out.

This is very inappropriate and she needs to get a grip on herself, I am sure she is not so dumb that she does not realize what she is doing. I would feel uncomfortable also, any normal human being would, i would just sit her down and let her know that this is unacceptable and she needs to refrain from these behaviors or you will move or she will have to move. That is just totally unacceptable.

I think it's weird. I've lived in roommate situations, and normal behavior is to put a robe on before walking around the house.
Exception is if you're married or involved with the person, and you're being sexy/flirty. Otherwise, it's weird.

Well since she don't care about your feelings on that matter. I would talk to her about moving out, is saving money worth you living uncomfortable? Plus if she don't respect you on this, what else will she not respect.

That's gotta suck!
You've already spoken to her about it and she dismissed you so I'm not sure what else can be done. Tell her one more time that she's making you uncomfortable doing it and that if it continues that she'll have to find a new place.

Echelon has it right, even invite your Mom to come over "unexpectedly". Next time she is parading, get Mom on the phone, and get her over there. Bet the parade stops, quick.
