Once you find someone that you might want to date, get to know her a little first. Oh and by the way, she doesn't have to be the most gorgeous girl at school either. Don't go after someone just for the way she looks. Find someone that you can relate to on every level. Once you have gotten to know her, ask her if she'd like to go out with you. Don't worry about getting shot down. It happens to every one of us many times in a lifetime. If she says yes, then just act like a gentleman. And please, don't ever disrespect a woman in any way. Girls want a guy that is going to be respectful to them. You know , someone they can take home to meet the parents. good luck kid

The best thing to do is join a club or social activity, that means people of like interest are there. Just start talking to people, anyone. If people join in your conversations, or you join into theirs, then you will get to know more and more people, guys and gals, and as you expand your friendships, a gal will gravitate to you or you to her.
