You know I usually I like to give off the cuff sarcastic answers to peoples questions. This isn't a case where I can do that.
The answer is yes, what he's doing is wrong and inappropriate, as I'm sure everyone else is telling you as well. You should, no matter how uncomfortable it is, tell your parents or some other adult you trust. Don't wait. This type of behavior is dangerous. Even if he never did or would do anything to you, he might to someone in the future. Don't wait! Tell an adult!

First of all, to answer your question, yes it *is* sexual harassment, no question about it.
As for what you should do, I would first tell him that what he is doing is sexual harassment, that it makes you *very* uncomfortable and he needs to stop it so that you don't have to take it further to either his supervisors or your father.
I know you feel that the squad is more important , but remember too that if you don't say anything he could very well go on to sexually harass other girls and they might quit and then the squad suffers more than just the loss of one person. Also, it's entirely possible that the man needs real help, and maybe he will end up getting some before he does something none of us want to hear about in the news.
Do yourself and every other girl a favor and don't ignore this. If he is just being some kind of lowlife and can control it, fine, make sure he does so with you. If he can't control it then tell whoever needs to be told so that no one else suffers and maybe he will get help.
Good luck.

From your description, this guy is definitely a danger..to you and probably to any other girl.
You should tell your dad. If you think that he won't listen or won't believe (which may happen since this guy is his friend), your mom is the next person.
If you can't tell either of your parents, go to a relative..aunt or uncle.. that you can trust, or a trusted teacher, your minister, or the police.
If you go to the cops, be prepared for a lot of questions but there will be some action.
If you are in a city large enough to have something like a "special victims unit", that is the department to speak to.
Whatever you decide to do, DO IT QUICKLY!

You need to say something to your dad. Other girls probably feel the same way about him.. He sounds creepy, and the squad can find one more volunteer. They probably do not want someone like that on the squad anyway.

Forget the squad and the fact that this asshole is your dad's friend. (Way to go, dad, great taste in friends you have there. But I digress.)
Report this piece of slime to the police immediately. If you are not comfortable about going to the police by yourself, tell a teacher or counsellor at your school.
He is a predator, and if you don't put a stop to his antics now, not only could you be in danger of sexual assault, but so could any number of other innocent victims, including his own 10-year old. This is serious, do not wait.

Yes it is, and yes you should tell your father. Don't worry about what consequences he'll face, and the rescue squad can always get new volunteers. Don't feel guilty, you'd be doing the right thing all around.

Yes, this is sexual harassment. You really need to talk to your Dad about this man and how he makes you feel uncomfortable. Do your best to never be alone with this man.
