All people good and bad grow old and die and all people good and bad die from unforeseen circumstances. The reason bad things happen to anyone, whether good or bad is because of God's enemy, Satan the devil. He challenged God's right to rule over the earth and said that humans do not need God and could rule themselves independently without God's help. God is answering Satans challenge by allowing man to try to live without his interference. Satan also said that humans would discontinue serving God if he( Satan and his demons)) were allowed to cause them pain and suffering. There have been and still are many who are proving Satan to be a liar, who love and serve God faithfully, despite whatever persecution Satan brings upon them.
What has been the result of man ruling man without God intervening? Suffering and injustice, wars, crime and hatred.
God has promised to soon rid the earth of all those things and to destroy Satan and all who follow him.
We need a righteous ruler who will be just and merciful. Human rulers can do nothing for us. (Psalm 146:3)
Look what Psalms 37:9-11 promises us--" For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace."
Soon the meek who inherit this earth will be under one government that will last forever. (See Daniel 2:44) No more will we have to put up with imperfect human rulers who can never bring an end to injustice, crime, terrorism or death itself. God's government will do all that and more.

The sooner you realise that god does not take lives. People and circumstances take lives.
As soon as you realise this the sooner you will realise that this is a world of greed in which god and/or good plays no part.
Altruists, charitable people and those who consider others have no place in modern society.
If you want to get on in this life you:
(1) Forget your fellow man - you are the only one that counts.
(2) Learn how to tell convincing lies - see politicians.
(3) Shed any semblance of a conscience - learn from G W Bush
(4) Never give anything away to anyone - no matter that it is of no use to you.
(5) Become vicious - all the greats in history displayed this trait.
(6) Make friends with a solicitor - no matter what crime you have been caught committing he can either get you off or at least enable you to continue your rampage through lives (usually other peoples).

I hope you are not speaking of the recent school shootings. Because God had absolutely nothing to do with taking those young lives. God had plans for each of those lives, and one man stole those lives from God and destroyed His plan for them.
However if you are speaking of young people who become ill and die, or fall down the stairs and die, then we have no way of knowing why God allows such things to happen. Sometimes it's just the laws of nature in operation. People get sick. People fall or have other accidents. This is the way the natural world is. When we interact with nature, nature often wins. We really can't expect that God will suspend the laws of nature every time a human being is going to be harmed by them.

Death is a reality, whether you die at birth or 101 , whether you were murdered or sickness fell upon you. Our life was not meant to be forever and I think many people live contrary to that.
Speaking for myself there are ways I would not want to die and I would most certainly like to live a long life but I have no control in this matter.
Each day I'm with my family I am blessed and happy, but I know that in a second I could loose it all so my focus is not on earth but heaven.
Where none of this matters, death, sickness, unjustice etc..
I encourage you to seek God and he will give you answers to these questions that with comfort you.

This is a loaded question where the answer depends on how religious you are. If you consider the question in a scientific light however you will see that the number of deaths worldwide follows a distinct pattern. Our population approximately comprises 50% males and 50% females. This follows in the number of deaths; where over a given period of time, an equal number of males and females will die. This is natures way of ensuring that the population on earth is sustained. Sex balance in births and a consequential sex balance in deaths. This is not a religious answer but because of our inclination towards particular religions we tens to focus on deaths of certain types of people. It is natural that we focus on young people who suffer untimely deaths and who haven't had a chance to live a natural life span.

We can't begin to comprehend God's mind. There is always a big picture we cant see. Sometimes through ones death many come to know the Lord. Sometimes maybe God takes them at a time that they are His knowing in the future they would fall away. So they live eternity in heaven and not hell. We are supposed to rejoice when a loved one dies. That's almost impossible because we are human and we'll grieve for our own loss of not having them with us anymore

God does not allow these things to happen...he gave us free will and we live by the choices we make. People who choose to live in reckless abandonment of the Truth make bad choices which inevitably destroy the lives of others....I suggest watching the Devil's Advocate where the focus is on free will. Perhaps you'll get a better understanding of this then.

1. A good life is like a sweet scent in the nostrils of God, mind not with a small 'g'. If a good life is taken to dwell eternally with goodness itself, should we not rejoice for that life? We may miss the person, but it would be selfish of us to want to cling to a life that has refused to be contaminated by this incorrigible world.
2. If a bad person lives longer, is it not because God would not like that life not to perish and therefore, out of the goodeness of His heart, which we cannot understand being human, He lets that person live longer so that the spirit of God can give him/her the opportunity to reconcile him/herself with God.
3. In Christianity trials make us mature so the bad people will live long so that they can help us mature in our faith!

a better question would be, "why does everyone blame God for the bad and give credit to Satan for the fun?" the bible says that satan is a liar, he came only to kill, steal and destroy.. God doesn't give us sickness... He died so that we would have life!!! and how did these people die? car accidents.. (driving recklessly? maybe a drunk driver?) murdered?.. hmmm... wouldln't a person be responsible for that?... drugs? who told them to do drugs?.... sickness... that's not from God... this reminds me of a story i heard where people didn't believe that hairdressers even existed because they would see people with messy or unkept hair...... the hairdresser said, " i exist.. but people don't bother to come see me!"...
