She says her stomache has been bothering her lately & her breasts have changed, but I don't see or feel any change. Her apetite has also changed. (decreased) She has been wanting a baby for a while. How would I know if she's lying? Or if she is pregnant?

First off as far as I know the first thing to watch is if she is having her period. I know it sounds gross but if you notice she is not using pads or anything there is a good chence she is. Also, from what have noticed women usually get morning sickness. that could be one reason she is not feeling as hungry but as time goes on if she is indeed pregnant she will start to eat more and have cravings. As for showing it by her belly growing, my sister had a flat tummy for the first 7 months with her first son, then on the 8th month she exploded and had a huge belly. One other thing, my ex was like that, she wanted to have a baby so badly that she actually displayed the symptoms and even had her tummy increase. But after the 3rd month we went to do an ultrasound and nothing was there, we later found out it was all in her head. She wanted to have a baby so bad that her brain tricked her body into believeing she was pregnant.

Wait a month. Honestly either a pregnancy test or just waiting will conclude that.
Sometimes females may show signs of pregnancy just if they want to be or are scared of being pregnant, but they actually aren't.
The only way to be sure is to get a test done.

Seems like she has the starting systoms of a pregnancy.
Well one will start vomiting cause by morning sickness, stomach will start to bulge and breast enlargement, doctor visits, popping vitamins, and the assurance of her telling you that she is pregnant. Don't worry time will tell you for sure. Oh and some women appetitie will increase.

Make her take a pregnancy test in front of you. You buy it and make her take it. Her appetite would've increased. Some women wake up with morning sickness. Be careful b/c if she's trying to get pregnant then she'll most likely succeed unless you put a condom on or get her on birth control pills, if she's not pregnant.

You go to the drug store buy her a test & sit right there with here while she takes it.There are alot of signs of being pregnant but it seems that you have trust issues with her so just be present when she decides to find out.

Please tell me you are over 18? You go to a drugstore and buy a pregnancy test and have her urinate on it and read the results. I wouldn't let her do it alone...I would make sure you see the results first hand. Then I would go to the library and research your questions. You need to be more educated on this subject..this is a very big deal.
