ok u need to get the courage and stop being shy cuz girls like a guy that take control...just ask her to lunch or coffee some day...if she accept the lunch or coffee...then u can work your on a date to the movies...good luck

do what you can to make sure she is taken care of... offer to pick up lunch for her one day, or if you see something she likes at the store and it's not too expensive, buy it for her... open doors for her...
you can always look into her eyes, and gently hold her hand; let your eyes tell her. If you get a similar look from her that you are giving to her, lightly kiss her lips... nothing too wet or invasive. Just enough to leave her wanting more

ah yes hte little things do count the most. give her little hints ot hwere she questions if ur kidding friendly or being serious but hiding it. i love mystery in a guy but i also want to know everything about him. write her a funny note with a drawing make her luagh. girls love humerous guys and be sweet ot her. most of all be urself.... if she doesnt like u for who u are shes not the one u want.

sorry but if you want the girl (unless she's a slut) you're going to have to put yourself out there a little, just ask her on a freakin date, what's so hard about that! girls love to have guys demonstrate their affection and even if it's not returned, a simple ask-out isn't annoying at all

Follow her around obsessively. Root through her garbage. Get a tattoo of her name on your face. Any time she tries to talk to another mine, fly in to a jealous rage and attack (afterwards, sob uncontrollably then blame the drink).
If this doesn't work, she may not be the right girl for me.

well, first, you have to make her feel your presence. Talk about things you have in common. Be nice to her but dont be TOO nice, youll just scare her off.
It depends on how sensible she is and how fast she can understand why you're doing all these stuff.
