I really don't think so. "The girl whose back I face, hates me." This seems more right.

Sounds good to me. The girl whose back i face hates me.
I am hated by the girl whose back i am facing.
This girl I am standing behind hates me.
This girl hates me and I am looking at her backside? (__I__)

Or, "the girl, whose back I am facing, hates me". (Don't forget the punctuation!)
