I just happen to have a lemon tree in my back yard, and just about avery home around this area has a lemon tree, so yes they do.....Northern California.

lemons are grown in california because it is tradition and also cos there is a lot of heat there

My sister has a lemon tree...so yes they grow here (CA).

PS: She lives by the airport (LAX). I also have seen them down here in San Diego.
