That's a good question. My first thought is to I keep the rain off my glasses so I can see because I can be very clumsy and might fall.

It's like when they run in the rain! They're going to get just as wet!! What's so scary about rain?
Me, I'd prefer to stand there and get soaked than to run for cover! It's beautiful and refreshing.

I am not exactly wht other people do it, but once I was able to run through the rain and not get wet.

its so you dont get rain in your eyes and on your face, expecially so girls dont get their makeup wet
