Forget poking her with a stick. Instead, use that stick to give her a good spanking on the behind.
By the way, if she actually likes spankings (and a girl who likes to do wheelies on a motorbike just might), give her something else to do afterward. I strongly concur with the earlier "wet willy" suggestion.

Loosen the bolts holding the front wheel on, next time she pulls a wheelie she'll have different kinda skid marks to deal with.
