did you mean every "time" you eat cheese..........otherwise it doesnt really make sense now does it? but then, keeping eating the stuff doesnt make a lot of sense either, does it? Perhaps your twitching and palpitations are something else entirely..........god forbid you find you have a medical problem or worse, a disablement.............simple people............do I need to spell out to you this is an answer it direct relation to your previous question?

There's an old saying, "if it hurts don't do it." If you are having problem and you don't like the effects, don't do it. You might have a sensitivity to the milk sugars. There are good substitutes out there. I have tried yogurt cheese, which I like even better. You can get this at your local health food store. Do some research and find something that works for you.
