Just use a recipe like Neiman Marcus cookies (that has both chips and oatmeal) but sub your desired ingredietns. No big whoop.

BTW, here's the NM cookie recipe. You need a really big mixer for this one, something along the lines of a kitchen aid.

Nieman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie

2 C. butter
2 C. brown sugar
2 C. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
5 C. oatmeal, measured then whirled in FP
24 oz. chocolate chips
3 C. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda, and add to mixing bowl. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Roll into bars and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes. If you make them large, bake for 15 minutes.

this is the best one try it out

Ingredients:
2 packages (18 ounces size) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/4 teaspoon red food color (or as needed)
1/4 teaspoon blue food color (or as needed)

Directions:

Line an empty waxed paper (or other food wrap like aluminum) box with waxed paper.

In a large bowl, combine the 2 packages of cookie dough, then divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

In a medium bowl, combine 1 piece of dough and the red food color. Using your hands, work the food color into the dough until it is evenly colored; place in the bottom of the waxed paper box.

Using a spatula, smooth the dough down into an even layer. Place the second piece of dough over the red layer and level it with the spatula. In the same bowl, combine the remaining dough and the blue food color. Using your hands, work the food color into the dough until evenly colored. Place it over the uncolored dough and level it with the spatula. Cover with waxed paper and close the box. Freeze for at least 1 hour, or until the dough is firm.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 2 large baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Remove the dough from the box and cut into 1/4-inch slices, making sure that the dough is still firm and retains its square shape; rechill if necessary. Place 2 inches apart on the baking sheets and bake for 9 to 10 minutes, or until golden around the edges.

Fruit Cookie Pizza Spread dough evenly on a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees till the cookie is done. Mix softened 8 oz. cream cheese and 8 oz. marshmallow fluff together and spread on cookie dough when dough is cool. Arrange fruit over top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and chill. Serve in wedges.
