If it really bothers you, give him a rawhide bone or food-stuffed Kong toy to chew on. Praise him when music is on and he is quiet.

Awwww, why would you want ot stop him? I bet its cute. If you cant stand to hear it, I would try adjusting the volume or putting him into another room. Maybe the music hurts his ears, dogs hearing is sensitive and the pitch may upset him.

Remove him from the room, my dog also likes to howl at certain noises and nothing will stop her.

you don't your hurting your dogs ears that's why hes doing that..you will see them do it when fire trunks an police car go by with sires on. its the high pitch. there ears are more sensitive to sound then ours. turn it down..the dog man
