All Illegals are criminals! They hide amongst accomplices willing to exploit them who bemoan their removal, not for humanitarian reasons, but motivated by pure personal greed. Note in that story that the food processing plant had to raise salaries by a dollar an hour to fill the positions of those that they were exploiting.

Wanda, Your answer makes no sense.

Did you skip the part where illegal translates into something that is not legal, therefore is a crime.

None of them are innocent!.They have all broken laws going to the USA!! They should all be treated like the criminals they are & deported.

Proponents of immigration law enforcement say the government has a right to get tough on illegal immigrants and those who employ them. Led by Gov. Sonny Perdue, Georgia lawmakers say they will go after people who have broken immigration laws. Georgia has the fastest growing population of illegal immigrants, estimated at 470,000........Looks like Georgia is doing the right thing
Other state governors should follow this plan too.

Here are the laws against hiring or protecting illegals.

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

assists an illegal alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or
encourages that illegal alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty of a misdemeanor. Aliens and employers violating immigration laws are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property. In addition, individuals or entities who engage in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive relief.

Because people are starting to doubt all their sob stories, for instance: "I'm here illegally because my family is starving." ...and they are under fire so to speak. They know exactly what they are doing. I do not know why so many people are still hoodwinked.
