Hey Sweety,
I`m a Dad to Seven great kids, ages 25 all the way down to 8. I`m just proud to see someone like yourself even asking:-) Chances are your Dad does have an iterest but often times our OUR interest get buried over the years as we more or less become a provider and feel like nothing more. Does like pocket knives, a good whittler would be nice and you can get one for under 30 dollars at Walmart. Or watches or sun glasses, something unsual yet useful ya know. I`m 47 and I still try to get my folks and family the most unusal yet useful gifts, they always know Jim or Dad to some will have something different. If you have a flea market close byyou can often times find neat stuff there and save a bundle of money. Good luck babe. I know he`ll love whatever you choose.
!!!
Jim

When I was really little and had no money I used to draw or paint pictures for him or make him a special card. But I lost him when I was 16 and regret not having the chance to spoil him with special gifts now that I am grown. . .But, if he was here now I would take him out for a special meal and maybe buy him something like CDs of his favourite music, or DVDs of his fave old black and white movies. Or perhaps organise a professional family photo as a surprise, I'm sure he would love it. Whatever you do, let him know just how much you love him.

I'm a dad, and my favorite gift above everything else would be to be taken out for a meal, somewhere local and not OTT in terms of price. Just a nice relaxing meal with family. Bliss.
I have a while to wait until my 3 yr old daughter can do this for me though!!

Oh it's so hard buying presents for Dads.
Mine always just says 'socks' when I ask him what he wants. Aargh!
Try asking his mates.
You could get him one of those red letter day vouchers for driving a fast car or going in a hot air balloon or something that the two of you could do to spend time together.
