Ok, not a problem. Everyone has to start somewhere and the best way I found is this - we all have fantasies that we want to some day fulfill with our partners. The thing is, most of them are very similar. So, all you have to do is picture it in your head, like a movie almost, and then talk through it in the first person. . What I would do, what I'm doing. You dont have to use the F word at all, there are many other phrases etc you can use. Maybe read some erotic lit first or even to each other, sometimes helps. When you finally start talking tho it comes quite easily and makes a HUGE difference! Good luck!

Describe what you're doing/going to do in detail. There are plenty of erotic words that don't have the letter F in them...read Xaviera Hollander or Harold Robbins for a few clues. Some women get really turned on by verbal description...witness the erotic "romance novels" now being published.
