I want to buy a new digital cordless phone - needs to have 2 handsets and preferably store more than 10 numbers (though not essentisl) and be fairly robust. Can anyone recommend a good make and model? Want one that is clear, with good battery life and doesn't interfere with broadband connection.

Thanks

The BT ones are good. My sister has a twin set from them, and it doesn't affect her Broadband - and they survive her nearly-2-year-old daughter attacking them and throwing them around, so they must be pretty robust!!!!

We've had BT ones (Synergy 3105) for a couple of years and had no problem - they've survived abuse by a toddler, so they're pretty robust. Battery life is pretty good too. We have broadband WiFi and haven't had any problems with interference that I've noticed.

They used to come with 2,3 or 4 handsets, though it may be that only the quad ones are now freely available (I bet you could get the old ones if you shopped around). They have a 50-number memory.

We use the Binatone E3300 system and have 3 phones working on the same line. Never had any problems with them. Don't affect the Broadband connection. We've been using the same phones for about 4 years now.

try BT Freestyle, they are pretty good..... If you don't want it to interfer with your braodband you need an ADSL filter, should cost you about 40p
