Its the telephone number that tells you the exact time. I knew it before but simply forgot it. It was a local number from Michigan not the out-of-state numbers. When you call it the recording would say " at the tone the time will be 7:26 in 50 seconds beep ".

its a phone service thats free. once your connected say time and it will give you the time.
you can also do other things like get the weather, stock quotes, entertainment, sports, travel info, and you can also play blackjack just say blackjack
