Do they realize that brings people's attention to there behind? As parents doesn't that worry you?
Am I the only one who won't buy these clothes for my girls?
I know there could be a lot worse out there but i think this is just one of my pet peeves.

Please serious answers only, if your not a parent of girls, don't answer

Because they are stupid and not think about what they are teaching their children. I would never buy my daughter anything that has any sort of cute writing ON HER BUTT!!!
I don`t buy her BRATZ dolls or MY SCENE dolls or any other form of little Hooker doll they sell at the store nowadays. I hate Clothes like that. I would not wear them and by god, neither will my girls!
Someone earlier wrote that it`s okay if your kids are younger to wear that but not if they are older...!
Now that is just going to confuse them to let them think it is okay to wear that and then it`s not?? Stick to your guns, YOU decide what is okay and what isn`t. If you buy that stuff for your kids, you`re just dumb. My daughters are (almost) 8 and 3 1/2. They do not decide which clothes I buy, I do. I TEACH my children what is appropriate to wear and what is NOT. You also teach by example. If you dress like a slut then odds are...your girls want to be just like mommy and put on a ton of make up and look like a drag queen. I am raising my girls to be little ladies. If people think that they can buy their girls outfits like that and then judge people for looking at their behind are either a hypocrite or just plain stupid. If you don`t want people to look at your child's butt, then don`t drag attention to it, how hard is that?

I agree those shorts/pants are HORRIBLE. Why parents allow that type of clothing, and low rise pants, and cropped shirts, I have no idea. Turning a 5th or 6th grader into looking like a 16 year old is just twisted. I have never understood it nor do I condone it. I have a 3rd and 5th grader (girls) and they know that kind of clothes is not ok.
NOR is eye make up and other suggestive things that their classmates are wearing. JUST yesterday when I was visiting a friend her daughter (6th) grade had on more eye make up than I have worn in my entire life. Crazy.

As a mother of a baby girl I do agree with you but isn't it sad that we live in a world where we have to protect little babies from grown ups and their sicknesses? Though it isn't a mistake on the part of the parents, haven't you gotten carried away at times (not with slogans on clothes but generally) - some don't realize it and others are in denial about how sick people can be! My husband and I always agreed that slogans on clothes always get unwanted attention.

I so agree! There was actually an article on this in our local paper yesterday.
Examples of shirts on young girls:
"Behind every great girl is a guy check her out"
"Yes, but NOT with you!"
"My boyfriend is a great kisser"
I think these clothes for girls are disgusting! I can't believe parents buy them for their girls. Sorry I'm not a parent yet, but I already have an opinion on this matter.

I personally think they just don't look that great having something written in that place on a pair of shorts or pants. I would never wear them, and I probably wouldn't let my daughter when she is older either. Except maybe for pj's around the house. So no, you aren't the only one, but maybe some parents that do have never really thought of it in the same way you have, either.

I am a mother of two girls ( 9 & 5 ) . My girls like to wear what is in style . But I think it is okay on them if they want to wear them if they say " Princess " or " Angel " or something like that . They are 9 & 5 if some one is looking at their butts for other purposes than their clothing than they should just be shot . Now if they were 15 or 16 and had " Cutie " on their backside that would be wrong .

No, you are not the only one. I think they are terrible. My daughter had a pair of sweatpants with the word 'Princess' across her butt (hand-me-down) and she was only allowed to wear them in the house. Now at 13 she is more conscious of stylish clothes which I allow her to choose for herself but must pass approval. It is unbelievable what some of the T-shirts say.

I am a custodial dad of 2 girls, and I hate this. It isn't just about protecting our girls either like said above, it is about teaching our children to be appropriate, modeling good behavior for them at an early age so they leep it through their life.

I wouldn't want my daughter in college dressing like that either.
