You can be anything that either your Mum or Dad are, in combination or alone. (Because you share chromosomes from each of them.)
One way you could possibly get around it, is if either your Mum or Dad is a chimera (see attached), and you are carrying the DNA of the subsumed twin.

Funny, how we all want an exciting life, even one as insane as this!

I think you can. I'm RH neg, my dad is neg. Both my kids are positive. Check with a medical site for your answer. Have you had your blood tested or is this just a what if? Don't come to any conclusions until you get the correct answer from the right source.

Yes, it is possible. You simply have the ABSENCE of the RH factor. It is just the same as blue or green eyes, blonde or black hair. Take your question, and plug it into Yahoo search. There are a lot of results that come up. You should be able to find a good site with this info.
From what I understand, it is all about dominant and recessive genes. Good luck!

Yes, you can be. RH negative blood type is a recessive trait. It means your parents, if they each had a recessive RH negative trait in their genome, had a one-in-four chance of having RH negative offspring.
How many siblings do you have?

Gosh, I don't see how. Are you adopted? I'm Rh neg. too and so are both my parents and all 3 siblings.
