...and I sweat a lot when I work out. should I be washing my face after a workout? Does the sweat during a workout make my acne worse?
(I am already washing my face in the morning & before bed, but wonder if I should wash after a workout as well).

Okay, I don't need advice on products to use!!! I already have products, and I'm not going to stop working out because I'm trying to lose weight!
I would JUST LIKE TO KNOW IF I SHOULD WASH MY FACE AFTER A WORKOUT! Is is that hard to answer the question I asked? Does anyone READ the question anymore?

You know, I'm 30 yrs old and I still break out. But I started using "Proactive Solution" the stuff on tv that the "Stars" swear by... and I will swear to YOU that IT DOES WORK!! I have not had one break out since I started using it. As long as you use it correctly, it works MIRACLES!! It is kind of expensive, but add up all the other stuff you've tried, and believe me, $40 is WORTH a clean pimple free face!! EVERYONE says how beautiful my skin is and I've even been able to stop wearing makeup. You can get kits on QVC.com

HOpe this helps!

after you work out clean your skin: soak a cotton ball in either lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and apply on face.
and also to treat the acne you can use:

well assuming you take a shower after working out (which you really should be doing) just wash your face in the shower.
