I never learned the habit of flossing daily as a kid. Now, its hard to remember to do it.

Do what I do. Don't put your floss in the bathroom. Leave it in a place where you know you're certain to see it. For me, it's the coffee table right in front of my favorite chair. You'll never forget it again.

Get a Reach Flosser. After getting one for each family member, we all now floss daily. Before I rarely ever flossed. A Reach Flosser handle is shaped like a toothbrush handle and can be stored right with your toothbrush. It is also very easy to use. I actually reccomended the Reach Flosser to my dentist because it was so easy for my kids to use. It costs more than dental floss, but the fact that we use them is well worth the little bit of extra money!

I'm the same way, so I tied a big string of floss around my toothbrush in a bow tie. Now whenever I brush I feel and see that and remember.

Stick a note on the mirror in the bathroom. I should too. I forgot all about flossing. Shame on me.

Make sure you have to get past your floss to reach something else each morning.

Keep your floss next to your toothpaste/toothbrush
Keep another in your purse. Buy several and scatter them in a few places around your house.
