Police Record Visa?

I am trying to get a working visa in Israel. I need to obtain a police report to obtain the visa. I have been arrested a few times. Once for drink driving. And another time when I got caught with canabis when I was 16. Will this prevent me from getting a visa?

As long as you don't hide it and tell the interviewer that you learned from your mistakes, they can still issue you the Visa. Of course, they don't have to if they don't want to...but they can't forbid you the Visa only on that account.
