Depends on where you are. Some states permit children as young as 13 to marry. Most require parental permission if the participants are under the age of adulthood.
Check with the judge you would use to marry you and your intended. He/she should be able to answer right off.
Oh, and don't bother trying to keep it a secret ... that kind of defeats the purpose of marrying in the first place.

if that is possible, I think that is reserved for people that are like terminally ill at a young age, but search the web because if you wait another year I think that some states or counties will allow you to marry at the age of 16. If you and your "soulmate" break up before that year is over then the marraige would not have worked anyway.

Depends on which state/country you live in. I would suggest waiting however! Your mind can change a lot in 10 years, think about 10 years ago when you were 5, you liked toys and being hugged by mom! When you are 25 you will look back at 15 much in the same way...

This depends on the state you live in. For an easy answer, look up the website for your county's vital records office. Find the section that explains how you get a marriage license. Generally---but not always---this section of the website will explain who may obtain a marriage license (i.e., who is qualified by age, etc.) I think you'll find your answer there.

you are way too young at that age, I got married at 19 and thought I was right and knew it all, how wrong I was and wished I had listened to people telling me I was too young. Don't even think about it. In the UK it is age 16.

Whats the rush? Is the world coming to an end?

Marrying for the wrong reasons will only end in divorce. Beside it is going to be a long long time.

If you let something go and it comes back to you, it yours.
