20 kilos is far to much to lose in one month
you should aim for about 1 kilo a week to be sensible
if 80 is pounds get yourself a referral to a therapist straight away you need help

I Dont think you are that fat, but here are some tips:
Practice of Yoga and various exercises
Regular exercise like running, swimming etc
Yogasanas like Paschimotannasana, SaralHastaBhujangasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana, Dhanurasana, Veerasana, Trikonasana, ArdhaMatsyendrasana etc Always do yoga in the presence of an instructor.
Along with Yogasanas Sun salutation is very effective for weight reduction, also Pranayama, cleansing processes like agnisar, uddiyan bandha etc helps
Food habits
-- The lunch and dinner timings should be fixed
-- The time difference 2 meals should be 4 hours
-- Low fat meal, with fiber rich vegetables and fruits should be taken.
-- Reduce fats, excess calories, sweets, milk, butter, cheese etc in meals.
Other useful habits
Do not sleep for more than 6 to 7 hours
Taking help from dietician, one should fix the daily diet schedule.
If possible take massage and steam bath regularly.

Don't eat any rubblish or junk food - eat 3 or 4 meals per day and at each meal don't eat until you can't eat anymore! - Keep your meals plain and natural. Do exercise 3 or 4 times a week - quick walking tones your body and can make you look slimmer even if you haven't lost weight. Good luck - am doing this myself - 11 days on and then 3 days where I'm not so good but don't go overboard! and then back on for another 11 days - forget pasta, bread, buiscuits, chocolate, ice-cream - you know the stuff to avoid!!!!

Just make sure that you dont try to reduce your weight so quick. That is not advisable. Even if anyone promises for it just avoid it. Take atleast 3-6months to reduce the weight so that you reduce your weight and be slim and also you have good health. Dont get slim at the rate of your health. Take fibre food, avoid or reduce fatty foods like red meat, diary products etc. Join some aerobic execise or gym. Have control over your intake of food. Do some simple exercise like walking etc. Get some advice from your slimmest friend.

Need to control your food. i.e. make a note of what all you take. For example what time you get from your bed, whether you have bed coffee or after brushing your teeth. what time you have your break fast, what is the menu, then the snacks you take, for lunch what is your menu, then for night what is your menu.
Make a note of each and everything you have daily and continue this for 3 days. After 3 days just go thru the note. Then you itself will feel ashame on what all you ate. By this way you will reduce your food and will be on diet.
If you go to a doctor they will say you have to be on diet. for example 1 roti in the morning, 1cup of rice with veg. in the afternoon and 2 rotis in the night. If you follow doctors instructions, then we will loose weight, but simountanesouly you will loose your energy and you will feel tired always. If your stomach is empty, then automatically you will get angry.
All you do is after going thru your food list, Avoid all the items which is in white. for example- Rice, Milk, sugar, Salt, coconut etc., Then avoid junk foods, avoid Too much of oil foods, ghee, butter, cheese, icecream etc., Try to balance your food.
Take too much of protiens, add green leaves in your food daily.
follow all the above said for 1 month. then automatically you will loose 3kg per month.

Start some light exersises, and u can go on 1/2 hr walk early morning, and see the result will surprise you in a month

If you want to get slim in one month try exercising long distance jogs and runs.Basically your body gets adapted to this kind of exersice and your muscles become lean and you get thinner.The more time you give to your exercise the sooner you become thinner but also take adequate nutrition.Chane your diet to more fruits.Never go for deiting as it would only cause your fat storing cells to shrink and nothing else.So basically burn more calories than you take

lypo? I dont know, I'm still trying to figure that one out so I can go back into the Army. I have heard that if you take this powder I think it's called Naturade Protien powder, a multi vitamin, and a gallon of water per meal you will drop like 40 Lbs in a month, but I'm too chicken shi* to try it. not to mention.....80Lbs.....I could pick you up with one finger...what the hell are you talking about your skinny!
