sorry cant you a specific date but I have the following thoughts to share with you:
We are told in the bible that shepherds were grazing their flocks outside when Jesus was born. As Palestine is in the northern hemisphere it would be snowing in late December so shepherds would not have ventured out in the snow.
This is corroborated by Islamic sources which suggest it was a warmer time-thenarrative in the Qur'aan infforms us that Mary used to eat fruit from a tree before delivery of the birth of Jesus. That would place it at summer time.
