If you're talking about how long you can survive in ice water, there is a low probability of death after 30 minutes, a high probability after 1.5 hours. However, it may be possible to revive a drowning victim who has been under water for considerable time and shows no signs of life - numerous documented cases exist where victims have been resuscitated with no apparent harmful effects after long immersions. When it happens, start CPR immediately and get the victim to a hospital as quickly as possible.

you want water (temperature that matches you perfect, warmth to relax, yet no longer too warmth), some magnificent bath foam, rose petals for the water floor and some candles and romantic music. take excitement in! no favor to inform that you want a rest room and a bath, yet this may also be performed in improvised circumstances. After soaking, wash the froth, gently wipe your epidermis and practice scented body lotion.

Hypothermia and unconsciousness would set in within minutes for normal people, not cold adapted. Some people have been salvaged if they are rescued within about an hour, and are rescued by persons trained in the resuscitation of hypothermic patients.
