I wouldn't hold my breath. And when you do notice, a lot of what you will be noticing will be water retention. But, it's cheap and it helps. Just be careful that you don't ever get dehydrated. If your lips start to get dry or any of that, chug a bunch of water. A bunch. Creatine is supposed to give you more power during your workouts so some of the benefit is from extra reps, again confusing what "results" means.

In my personal experience I noticed a 5 pound increase in my bench press after about a week of 5 grams per day, plus about a half gallon on water daily. My workout consisted of one day upper body, one day lower body, one day rest, then repeat. Creatine is a good supplement, I would also recommend glutamine and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND some type of Nitric Oxide supplement. Wal-Mart has something called NOS. For me it worked as well as GNC's NO2 for a fraction of the cost. Another thing, creatine keeps getting a bad rap, but I have found this is either founded on NOTHING or MISUSE of the product.

save on with the classes that include your product. 20g of creatine in a quick volume of time could desire to be risky. I propose you do somewhat prognosis on creatine, taken precise that's completely secure, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that that's extremely a stamina enhancer the actual/attractiveness result's fairly greater minimum than some human beings might have you ever suspect.

Give it a month to a month and a half after...but this is only if you persistently keep your work-out schedule.
