Couple days then fermentation lock it. This time varies. The only way to know for sure is to take the specific gravity of it. When it quits changing, it is fermented out.

Depends on the yeast, the temperature, the available sugars, etc.
If you have an airlock on your fermentor, the bubbling will stop when the fermentation is complete (roughly), and then you can siphon it off to a secondary fermentor where you can let it sit for a month or two before bottling.

give it a couple of weeks...then syphon it off the sediment into another container, with an air lock, leave it maybe a month, syphon it again, into a container with an air lock, after that you can filter it into bottles
