Really clean teeth does not always mean really white teeth (and vice versa - really white teeth are often very weak and prone to damage). Teeth are naturally off-white. If you buy one of those "smokers" type toothpastes, that should remove any stains on your teeth, such as tea and coffee. You should then floss and use mouthwash to get to those places a toothpaste can't.

Do you really want those pure white teeth like the Hollywood stars? They look so fake (which they usually are!). Then again, I guess the teeth go well with their orange tans.

Keep them clean and natural - that's the answer.

The dentist can do this for you. You can have the kit where you wear a gum shield filled with stuff every night but it makes your teeth uber sensitive whilst it takes place and you have to do it every night for weeks until teeth are correct colour. About £400 if I remember correctly.

Or you can have a special done where the dentist does it in one day, but the teeth go really white immediately and you can not choose what shade you want but it costs several hundred pounds more.

Don't try the home kits, get advice form a dentist first and try an holistic dentist, they tend to use less chemicals if at all possible.

Good luck and remember, they will need re-doing in years to come and no one has done any studies on the long term effects.

lol, why dont u like brushing your teeth?? lol na im joking,
get a whtening toothpaste of there is this stuff u buy and put it on your teeth for a littl while then they turn whiter, aint a clue what its called though, other than that a dentist. xXx

I have Eucryl think its spelt like that, but u have to be careful with these types of toothpastes as it takes the enamel off your teeth, that is really bad, if you r gonna get one of these toothpastes only use it at MOST 2 times a week, otherwise all the enamel will come off your teeth ;o)

the wand things are excellent......bought in places like boots for about £7. ive been using them on and off for about 4 years but i dont follow instructions as i found they made my teeth sensitive.

i buy a wand every 4 months and use it once of twice in a week when my teeth are looking a bit yellow or stained (from coffee) then i dont pick it up again for about another month. Everyone tells me how nice my teeth look and i know its due to this little routine, using a good whitening toothpaste and brushing twice a day.

Order a bleaching kit over the internet(Britesmile),its not expensive. The ones you buy from the chemist are not strong enough.Get your teeth scaled and polished at the dentist. You will need to use toothpaste for sensitive teeth after using the bleach .

Smoking, drinking coffee or tea will stain your teeth. You can go to the dentist and have them bleached and you can buy those across the counter tooth whitening strips. They really do work.
